Taïrroir is a high end restaurant in Taiwan specializing in Taiwanese cuisine. It has been awarded three Michelin stars. Taïrroir is located in Taipei.

History

Head chef Kai Ho trained in Singapore including alongside Julien Royer.

In 2021 Kai Ho was head chef and Angela Lai was the pastry chef.

In 2023 Taïrroir collaborated with Whey restaurant in Hong Kong.

Awards and recognition

In 2019 they received their third Michelin star, the first Taiwanese cuisine restaurant in the world to do so.
