Jacksonville Jaguars

Conner was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round, 154th overall, of the 2022 NFL draft. He scored his first NFL touchdown on a three-yard rush in Week 17 against the Houston Texans. He appeared in eight games as a rookie. He recorded 12 carries for 42 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown.

On August 29, 2023, Conner was waived by the Jaguars and re-signed to the practice squad. He was not signed to a reserve/future contract and thus became a free agent after the season when his practice squad contract expired.

Dallas Cowboys

On January 18, 2024, the Dallas Cowboys signed Conner to a reserve/future contract. He was waived on August 27.
