Robert Hooper is an American politician from Vermont. He is a U.S. Army veteran and has been a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives for the Chittenden-18 District since 2023.

Early life and education

Hooper joined the Army in 1971 and served in the signal corps as a radio operator.
