Nom Krouk (Khmer: នំគ្រក់) are a Cambodian variation of a dish that are composed of rice flour and coconut milk. Variations of this dish exist all throughout Southeast Asia, including Thailand (where it is known as Khanom krok), Laos (where it is known as Khao nom kok), Myanmar (where it is known as Mont lin maya), and Indonesia (where is it known as Serabi).

The making of the dish involves a slightly sweet batter which is poured into circular indentations in a pan. Before flipping, the outside is usually sprinkled with spring onions. The dish is usually served with a spicy fish sauce and coconut milk.

In spite of the growing popularity of fast food in Cambodia, nom krok have remained being a popular street food.
