Maksut Igorevich Shadayev (Russian: Максут Игоревич Шадаев; born 11 November 1979) is the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation since 21 January 2020.

Sanctions

Shadayev was sanctioned by the British government in 2022 as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. In December, the European Union sanctioned him.
