Mahaveer Jain Films was established in 2022 by filmmaker Mahaveer Jain. The company's first release was Good Luck Jerry, starring Janhvi Kapoor. This was followed by Ram Setu, starring Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez. In 2022, the company collaborated with Rajshri Productions to produce Uunchai, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher and Boman Irani. The film was nominated for several awards at the 68th Filmfare Awards in 2023.
