High Point Estates is an unincorporated community in Alberta, Canada within Rocky View County that is recognized as a designated place by Statistics Canada. It is located on Township Road 241A, 0.8 km (0.50 mi) south of Highway 1. It is adjacent to the city of Chestermere to the west.
Demographics
In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, High Point Estates had a population of 84 living in 30 of its 31 total private dwellings, a change of -31.1% from its 2016 population of 122.
