Gavin Hoover (born July 12, 1997) is an American racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team L39ION of Los Angeles. He rode in the men's team pursuit event at the 2018 and the 2019 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.
In June 2021, he qualified to represent the United States at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
