The Duluth City Council is the legislative branch of the government of Duluth, Minnesota. It is responsible for passing ordinances, resolutions, and regulations governing the city. Composition
The Council is composed of nine members: five councilors represent specific districts within the city, and four are elected at large, representing the entire city.
