Delirious got his start in Gateway Championship Wrestling, an independent wrestling promotion based out of St. Louis, Mo., which also produce such wrestlers as Matt Sydal, Daizee Haze, and MsChif. He has made several appearances with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, most recently during a six-man X-Division match at TNA's anniversary pay-per-view, Slammiversary 2005. He is a regular in Ring of Honor. He is known for his outrageous antics, such as rambling incoherent gibberish and running around and screaming wildly when the opening ring bell sounds. Delirious trained Daizee Haze as a wrestler while they were both in Southeast Missouri State University.

He was the winner of Ring of Honor's Survival of the Fittest tournament in 2006, defeating his long time rival Matt Sydal in the tournament final.
