I uploaded File:Basic outpatient TMS setup.jpg on commons to be used in Transcranial magnetic stimulation. There's several pictures of coils but none of the actual setup. Could somebody please add it? I'm blocked. Thanks.

Technophant No, that's called proxy editing. CHRISSYMAD ❯❯❯¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 13:59, 10 July 2017 (UTC)
User:Chrissymad, 'Wikipedians in turn are not permitted to post or edit material at the direction of a banned editor (sometimes called proxy editing or proxying) unless they are able to show that the changes are either verifiable or productive and they have independent reasons for making such edits.' I'm not trying to edit war by proxy. This is obviously a positive contribution. Please wp:ignore all rules or at least this rule and find an appropiate place for the image. Thank you. ~Technophant (talk) 14:19, 10 July 2017 (UTC)
If that was a high-quality image of a subject needing illustration, I would have ...independent reasons for making such edits. However, File:Basic outpatient TMS setup.jpg is not a high quality image. It is blurry, and MOS:IMAGE states that such images are not encyclopedic and shouldn't be used. --AntiCompositeNumber (Ring me) 14:27, 10 July 2017 (UTC)
