We cannot use it, even though it is a commons image, as it is not actually of the person/character. The drawing is allowed as it is created from nothing. The cosplay image is someone's (yours?) dressy-bessie version of the character. Please do not re-add it. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 19:32, 18 November 2013 (UTC)
