Intel Capital (www.intelcapital.com) is Intel Corporation’s global investment and M&A organization. Intel Capital makes equity investments in innovative technology start-ups and companies worldwide. Intel Capital is stage agnostic and invests in a broad range of companies offering hardware, software, and services targeting enterprise, mobility, consumer Internet, digital media and semiconductor manufacturing. Since 1991, Intel Capital has invested more than US$10.8 billion in over 1,280 companies in 54 countries. Intel Capital has dramatically expanded its non-U.S. investing. International investing increased from less than five percent of Intel Capital’s investment dollars in 1998 to about 57% in 2012.
