A special type of hentai, most often depicting hermaphrodites or females with male sex organs. It is argued that this may branched from yuri or yaoi as depictions are quite similar to those two and not of regular hentai. While futanari's drawings look quite similar to an actual hermaphorodite, these should be considered a form of Youkai or monster sex. Youkai (often translated as 'devil' but refers to anything supernatural excluding gods) are often depicted as having a very similar look to human and it is more reasonable to include futanari under this category.
