Infantilism is a psychological condition revolving around comforting or sexually arousing fantasies of acting as or being treated as an infant.

Participants of infantilism often classify themselves as "Adult Babies" or "Diaper Lovers". Adult babies are those infantilists for whom the textbook definitions apply, while for a diaper lover there may not be regression to an infantile state.
