Sexual Abuse: A Journal of Research and Treatment (SAJRT) is a peer-reviewed, scholarly journal that publishes articles about the clinical and theoretical aspects of sexual abuse, including its etiology, consequences, prevention, treatment, and management strategies. It is the official journal if the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA). The Editor-in-Chief of SAJRT is Howard E. Barbaree of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and the University of Toronto.
SAJRT is indexed by Criminal Justice Abstracts, Current Contents: Social & Behavioral Sciences, EMCare, NISC, PsycINFO, SafetyLit, Scopus, Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE), Social Sciences Citation Index (Web of Science), Social Services Abstracts, and Sociological Abstracts. The journal was previously published under the title Annals of Sex Research.
