Canis apolloniensis is a species of canidae which was endemic to Europe and lived from (1.81 Mya) to (0.781 Mya) during the Early Pleistocene epoch..

Canis apolloniensis was named by Koufos and Kostopoulos 1997. The only fossil reference comes from northern Greece
