This editor has not responded to multiple requests for discussion, but continues to add disputed material. Details at Misplaced Pages:Editor_assistance/Requests#Dispute_over_info_about_raw_milk. Since that request, an ip 77.103.93.207 (talk · contribs) has joined the editing and has made a brief comment on the talk page, addressing none of the issues of the dispute. The band Evaline had a wiki page here a few years ago and it is now deleted. I would like to re-create this page using references. The band have recieved a lot of attention in recent years with their former drummer joining Placebo and the band are currently recording. These pages have been the constant target of a user on a very dynamic IP (41.X.X.X) who has repeatedly been adding unsourced and unverified information into the articles for some six months now. For the record, at the time I requested semi-protection, the article had been subjected to extremely disruptive vandalism by eight different, non-serial IP editors, as well as one newly created acount, over a mere 45 minute period. Not eight counts of vandalism—I haven't counted those—but vandalism from eight different anon IPs. It was out of control, and I appreciate Nja247's assistance. In retrospect, I suppose I should have noted at my request that it was TFA I was requestin protection of, but I was not trying to be deceptive, I just felt that it was warranted (and I still think so, given the conditions necessary for such protection). However, I can also accept that this protection should not last all day, and like Nja, I would also not object to the protection being removed after several hours. Unschool 07:21, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
