The majority of evidence can be found here, in the AN archive. Blockable edit was here, where user broke the spirit of 3RR, and continued reverting without discussion, regardless of the fact that others opposed them. Warnings have been given; this disruptive behaviour must stop. Ample chances given. Request reason:

This block was initiated by an edit warrior wikistalking admin, who I was in conflict with over insisting on non free image misuse at CITV. The ban was issued following an edit after the discussion here and here, from the ANI evidence, I see no reson why I should be subject to a ban and User:Islander is not

Decline reason:

Attempts to attack other editors is no defense of your own actions. I see no assurance in the above request that shows that you either understand that what you did was against policy, nor is there any assurance that if unblocked, you would stop this behavior. — Jayron32.talk.contribs 12:46, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

I would ask the sysop that considers this request to take a careful look at the thread I linked to in AN above. Specifically regarding the CITV conflict, I reverted twice, (the second time because the revert by Fasach Nua was without any form of comment), and did not plan to revert any further. _TalkIslander 10:58, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

It will not be known if Islander "did not plan to revert any further", as I ceased to engage in his edit war. It should also be noted that there was no discussion on Islanders side, even though he was in isolation, and both User:Ultraviolet scissor flame and myself both wanted the CITV images remomved, they are now under discussion at WP:IFD after I started threads on them Fasach Nua (talk) 11:05, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

unblock review

Perhaps if you feel that I do not "understand that what you did was against policy", it should be explained to me, as a failure to understand make the timed block pointless. As far as I can tell I made an edit with project consensus, and my wikistalker was gaming the system and jumped on the opportunity to ban me. Fasach Nua (talk) 13:25, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
