This species has fringed green leaves on a long slated stem. the flowers are small and clustered looking like oversized, cascading, viburnum flowers. this species appears as a shrub or small tree.
The only record on the internet is one cultivated plant in shrub form taken via iNaturalist observation by xiaoguoaijie.
