Biography
During high school, Lee Chi-wai participated in the film club and made movies using DVD equipments. He graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2005.
Since 2007, he has been involved in the film industry, with over a decade of experience as an assistant director. His directorial debut is the film An Abandoned Team, which he co-directed and co-wrote with fellow emerging Hong Kong director Ho Ying-yi. An Abandoned Team was released in 2024.
