It was written and directed by The Farrelly Brothers. It is a modern example of slapstick comedy.
It also features Lauren Holly and Karen Duffy.
In this film, Lloyd and Harry are two charming fools who live in Rhode Island, where Lloyd drives a limo. One day, he drives Mary Swanson (Lauren Holly) to the airport and sees her leave her briefcase. He immediately rushes to take it to her, but her plane leaves the terminal before he can get to her. What he does not know is that the briefcase was intentionally left behind because it contains ransom money for the man who had Mary's husband kidnapped. The kidnappers quickly follow Harry and Lloyd and try to figure out who they are. Our heroes decide to go to Aspen, Colorado to deliver the briefcase to Mary, who Lloyd thinks is single. Once there, they search for Mary, accidentally open the briefcase and see the money, decide to borrow some money, and eventually meet up with her. Once there, they compete for her affections before learning about the kidnapping.
