Well I just googled the popular meme quote "A piece of cake to bake" in quotations and only got 172 unique hits. Meanwhile, I type in "Mustard man" also in quotes and get 675 unique hits . Other than that, any references in popular culture to a character are usually put on a separate page. For example, Sean Connery's page doesn't exclusively say "you're the man now dog" since there is a separate page for it, YTMND. Also the Orihime Inoue does not exclusively mention Loituma Girl since there is a separate page for it.
