Speedy deletion nomination of File:EmmaWatsonGrad.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:EmmaWatsonGrad.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Misplaced Pages takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Misplaced Pages. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

This story doesn't seem to be gaining any traction. The source itself, NJ.com, is problematic. It appears to be a site affiliated with NJAdvanceMedia.com, which is more of an "advertorial" business rather than a straight-up news publisher.
