Make all references conform to the citation style described in Misplaced Pages:Footnotes.
Work towards a consensus on shortening the article.
~~Replace all Original Research with good secondary sources.~~

~~Remove original research from Motives section by providing secondary sources who make these allegations.~~

~~Replace all Weasel Words with the name of an individual or group making the claim.~~

i.e. Don't say "Some people say..."
"Some researchers claim..."
"Many theorists..."
etc.

~~Replace all the claims in The Pentagon section atrributed to "researchers" with the name of a specific group or individual.~~

~~Generally improve the sections: Intelligence issues and Suggested motives or hidden warnings.~~
Expand the FAQ for this talk page.
Conform lists so that there are no 'orphan statements'.
