It's been about a week since I posted my comments on the nomination template and put a notice here that there were issues with the DYK nomination. Do you plan to address them and improve the article as requested? Ultimately, this is up to you: the article has effectively only one source, and that's not sufficient for DYK. North View Secondary School
The edits of User:Newestcastleman started off some alarm bells, but I am not sure. It looks like another sock of Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations/Lamrongpeng5/Archive but this guy seems to make more useful edits. What do you think? The Banner talk 16:02, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
- If he's a sock, good. Indef him. I'm just concerned about him adding promotional filth to this particular school article, i.e. adding "Mr. blah blah" honorifics and changing "dies" to "pass away". A good propaganda writer, maybe, but not here, uh uh. ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble ☯ 10:52, 30 September 2013 (UTC)
- Upon further scrutinisation... Yes, I am inclined to believe that he is a sock of Lamrongpeng5. The edits to the school article and the football articles make it a tad too obvious. Cheers, ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble ☯ 13:19, 30 September 2013 (UTC)

WikiCup 2013 September newsletter
In 30 days, we will know the identity of our 2013 WikiCup champion. Cwmhiraeth (submissions) currently leads; if that lead is held, she will become the first person to have won the WikiCup twice. Sasata (submissions), Hawkeye7 (submissions)—who has never participated in the competition before—and Casliber (submissions) follow. The majority of points in this round have come from a mix of good articles and bonus points. This final round is seeing contributions to a number of highly important topics; recent submissions include Phoenix (constellation) (FA by Casliber), Ernest Lawrence (GA by Hawkeye7), Pinniped, and red fox (both GAs by Sasata).
The did you know (DYK) eligibility criteria have recently changed, meaning that newly passed good articles are accepted as "new" for did you know purposes. However, in the interests of not changing the WikiCup rules mid-competition, please note that only articles eligible for DYK under the old system (that is, newly created articles or 5x expansions) will be eligible for points in this year's WikiCup. We do, however, have time to discuss how this new system will work for next year's competition; a discussion will be opened in due course. On that note, thoughts are welcome on changes you'd like to see for next year. What worked? What didn't work? What would you like to see more of? What would you like to see less of? All Wikipedians, new or old, are also warmly invited to sign up for the 2014 WikiCup.
If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is at good article candidates, a featured process, or anywhere else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Misplaced Pages:WikiCup/Reviews. If you want to help out with the WikiCup, please do your bit to reduce the review backlogs! Questions are welcome on Misplaced Pages talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! If you wish to start or stop receiving this newsletter, please feel free to add or remove yourself from Misplaced Pages:WikiCup/Newsletter/Send. - Hmmm, are you my secret admirer? Been here for time immemorial so expectedly I have too many a contribution to list out. To satisfy your query, I'll just state that I've created a few hundred pages and a hundred odd DYKs. The rest can be found here. I'm a secondary school student. As for what school, I'll leave you in suspense but if you're Singaporean you should probably be able to infer. That's all I have for you, I won't object to you scouring out more about me on your own. If you wish. ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble ☯ 08:58, 12 October 2013 (UTC)

- You created your account on 16 December 2011 (Special:CentralAuth/Bonkers The Clown). So you have been a registered user for nearly one year and ten months! So when you created your account were you already in your Sec Sch?
- The reason why I didn't let anybody know in real life about my Wikipedian status is fear of being excluded/discriminated.
- May I know your race?

Adding an item on Wikidata directly
Hi.
I would like to create an item to link my User pages in various languages. Do you know how to create an item on Wikidata directly? If so, do guide me on it. Thanks! HYH.124 (talk) 16:02, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
- You do not "create" itmes on Wikidata. Wikidata just serves as a repository where you "list" items from different foreign language wikis in addition to en. wiki. To create a foreign language item, you must actually go to that particular wiki, and create it there. ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble ☯ 12:02, 29 October 2013 (UTC)

Blocked
I've restored the indef block on your account after this and this edit. Your previous unblock was on the condition that you avoided racial editing. You knew you were pushing the envelope then and it got you blocked. You definitely knew you were doing it today. --Laser brain (talk) 18:33, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
I started to defend you at ANI and suggest you be given another chance but seeing I'd say Laser is quite right to restore the ban and that stupid little stunt has cost you your editing rights on here. You knew you were treading on thin ice and were told to avoid race related articles. Your thirst for interesting articles has made you look like a problematic troll. You've shown great immaturity in not being able to control yourself with creating new controversial articles at a time you were already under scrutiny. They had little choice but to respond like this to you Bonkers, I thought you were better than that. You can have some fun on here, but not treating things like that as a joke.♦ Dr. Blofeld 18:58, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
I agree with Dr. Blofeld. While I defended you, I've started to agree with the others that the disruptive editing had gone too far. Taylor Trescott - + my edits 19:27, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
Bonks: #notcool #disappointed. --Rosiestep (talk) 03:33, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
- I don't like "me too" edits, but yeah ... that Jimmy Kimmel stunt was just silly and asking for a reblock. I do not believe you could have missed the possibility of controversy and drama erupting from it. Ritchie333 09:14, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
