Replace all Weasel Words with the name of an individual or group making the claim.

i.e. Don't say "Some people say..."

Replace all the claims in The Pentagon section atrributed to "researchers" with the name of a specific group or individual.

Generally improve the sections: Intelligence issues and Suggested motives or hidden warnings.
