Special Operations OPSEC Education Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(4).
The group's president is former Navy SEAL Scott Taylor, who failed to win a Republican nomination for a Virginia congressional seat in 2010.
Because its primary purpose is to further the common good, the group doesn't have to disclose who is funding it to the public.
