Hello. The cricket project already has an article about this tournament so your content has been merged into that and your article redirected.

Before creating cricket categories, would you please check with WT:CRIC if the proposed category is appropriate. We already have a comprehensive category structure in place that caters for any new article. If you have a new article but are unsure which category to use, then just place it in category:Cricket and someone from the project will find an address for it. World Cup

Well done with the Women's World Cup results. I was at North Sydney to see England thrash India today. I did articles on all the England players in the past, but most other countries have few articles on even their current players. Maybe it might be worth making all the squad members who don't have articles red links, so encouraging people to start articles on them? Nick mallory (talk) 10:00, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

2009 Women's CWC

Hi Phósphoros, just thought I'd drop a quick note here (seeing as you're the major contributor) to say I've given 2009 Women's Cricket World Cup a spruce-up, it's now pretty much fully referenced and (almost) on a par with the 2007 Cricket World Cup article. File source and copyright licensing problem with File:CTE Chamay Aereo Cut.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:CTE Chamay Aereo Cut.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Misplaced Pages:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

NASCAR Mexico merge with NASCAR Corona Series

Instead of just merging without discussion, please start a merge discussion on one of the talk pages. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm not understanding why a series should be merged with the company that sanctions it. Since this is now controversial (with my request for discussion), you need to have a discussion per WP:MERGE. I'm starting a discussion at WikiProject NASCAR. I'm not stuck in my ways and I think that discussion is healthy. Royalbroil 21:00, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
