D-STAR
Hello. I just noticed this where you had re categorized the article.
I'm not sure that is the best in terms of folks finding the D-STAR article through categories. I've made many improvements to the article and am an amateur operator, as well as an established Wikipedian, and think that the article could be better categorized in order to help its visibility. - The reason I removed Category:Packet radio from all of the quantized radio modulation modes articles was, that many of the modes is used by amateur packet radio, and therefore you might as well go to Category:Quantized_radio_modulation_modes.
- I have now reinserted the category Category:Packet radio in amateur radio related quantized radio modulation modes.

I am new to Misplaced Pages and am associated with an enterprise CMS. I am looking forward to add the details of the CMS into the wikipedia database and would be grateful if you could enlighten me on how to move forward with creating an page / article.
