Reckless Driving: Alleged Marijuana Involvement
In March 2008, Wells pled guilty to reckless driving as part of a plea agreement dropping charges relating to alleged possession of marijuana. All charges stemmed from an arrest in 2007 after an officer allegedly observed her swerving and failing a field sobriety test.
