Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (b. 1957) has been governor of Bayelsa State in Nigeria since 9 December 2005. He is a member of the ruling People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Jonathan replaces Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, who was impeached by the Bayelsa State Assembly after being charged with money laundering in the United Kingdom.
