:I believe it's made of seeds, not buds. It was not psychoactive; the THC exists in only trace amounts in these seeds that typically grew in Baltic latitudes. Just an oil-rich plant, not unlike rapeseed. ]<sub>]</sub> 13:45, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
