For the 1885-1922 constituency, see West Mayo (UK Parliament constituency).Mayo West was an Irish parliamentary constituency which returned three deputies (Teachtaí Dála, or TDs) to Dáil Éireann from 1969–1997, using the Single Transferable Vote method of proportional representation (PR–STV).
With effect from the 1997 general election it was combined with Mayo East to form a new 5-seat Mayo constituency.
