I'm the only person who uses the IP, and I think this is a static one becuase I've been using it for several months. Protection isn't judged by certain diffs to the page (unless it was a content dispute). Fully protected We do not semi-protect pages just to force IP's to use the talk page. This is a content dispute, you guys are edit warring, so you both lose the right to edit the page. From WP:FULL: "Isolated incidents of edit warring, and persistent edit warring by particular users, may be better addressed by blocking, so as not to prevent normal editing of the page by others."
