Northern Soul is the debut album by British house music band M People. It was originally released in November 1992, reaching number 53 on the UK albums chart. Following the success of Elegant Slumming and Bizarre Fruit, it was re-released with an updated tracklisting in October 1995. This version charted at number 26.
