Born June 13, 1992 in ], ], she became interested in music as a child. Her first music teacher discovered her interest in music. Bruma trained at the National College and worked on local television. She began to write songs at age 17. Her first stage name was Bijuu, but after it was discovered there was a singer with the same name in the United States, it was changed to Otilia. In 2012, she came out with the song "All The Stars" along with a music video. In June 2013, a song called "French Kiss" was published. In November 2013, the Russian "Dream On Fire" songs were released. Otilia then began working with JHaps Records.
