Sergi Kapanadze is a former deputy foreign minister of Georgia <ref=min>Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Georgia </ref> who currently serves as the Dean of the Caucasus University. He is also an associate professor of international relations at the Tbilisi State University and a director of a multi-profile think tank GRASS (Georgia's Reforms Associates).
He was born in Chiatura, Georgia on April 25, 1981. He received a Master of International Relations and European Studies in 2003 from Central European University in Budapest and a Doctor of International Relations from Tbilisk State University in 2010.
