Speedy deletion nomination of PowerClix

Hello Keeler4586,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged PowerClix for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Benboy00 (talk) 15:44, 17 September 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Guidecraft TEXO

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Guidecraft TEXO, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Misplaced Pages:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. WikiDan61ReadMe!! 15:54, 17 September 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Guidecraft

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Guidecraft requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

ANI

Information icon Hello. There is currently a discussion at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Benboy00 (talk) 16:10, 17 September 2013 (UTC)

Here's the thing...

You have created (and recreated) several articles about Guidecraft and their products. The problem is that all of your articles appear to be advertising. You have claimed on at least one talk page that the article isn't advertising because it does not request readers to buy a product. Unfortunately, the articles do praise the virtues of Guidecraft's products (and do little else), and that in itself is promotion sufficient to violate Misplaced Pages's guidelines. In other cases, you have written about the company itself, but not in a manner that would tell us why the company merits inclusion at Misplaced Pages. Not every company does (this isn't a business directory), so the companies that do merit inclusion do so because they have been the subject of multiple instances of significant, independent coverage. Show us that, and the article might be allowed to remain. WikiDan61ReadMe!! 16:11, 17 September 2013 (UTC)
