Speedy deletion nomination of Revolver (T-Pain album)

A tag has been placed on Revolver (T-Pain album), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Misplaced Pages pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. Please stop reverting other people's edits, as you are doing in Revolver (T-Pain album). You are in danger of violating the three-revert rule. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. If you revert again, you will be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages without further notice. Yea dude I stopped. We were arguing over whether or not a certain image was relevant but someone mentioned that you cant post the image for the single on the page for the album and he has a point so i stopped trying to keep the image in the page. IFreedom1212 (talk) 20:29, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Pretty sure I didn't remove any speedy deletion notice. An admin denied the speedy deletion because the page had been significantly improved. And if you're talking about the discussion page then I removed it because it was a mistake. IFreedom1212 (talk) 20:40, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Formating

I have pretty much finished the fromating for RevolveR. I would sugest that you should find some more sources to prevent the article being deleted in an AfD because it would most likly get salted if deleted again. Red Flag on the Right Side 20:43, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Yea, I see what you mean. Most of the stuff is pretty reliable (like the articles from MTV and Billboard) but the one about the two leaked tracks is a bit sketchy... I'll keep lookin around and see what turns up. It's just a lot of speculation since T-Pain hasn't released the album yet. I hope he releases it soon though... Thanks man. This is my first wikipedia page lol. But I'm starting to kinda understand. Hopefully the page will stay though. When I originally just tried looking up the album (on google to find the release date) I realized all this info was just scattered in random places on the internet. I was surprised wikipedia didn't even have a page about it so it's nice to have all the info collected in one spot for a change haha. IFreedom1212 (talk) 21:10, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

I'm going to let you know now that someone will probably be a dick and send this to a AfD. Just take it in good faith and let the processes take its course. I'm dealing with an AfD right now with one of the articles I created, The Rehab its BS but its just a thing at wikipedia, they don't like articles on albums that arn't released yet. Revolver (T-Pain album)

I have looked back at this article. There has been much work on some aspects of it, such as improvement of the formatting. however, the issues which led to its deletion at AfD still stand, and I therefore think it still qualifies for speedy deletion as a repost of a deleted article. I do not propose to delete it at present, but I thought it would help you to warn you that I do not think the article will last much longer. JamesBWatson (talk) 08:54, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

the information on the album was sent to me from my ipod. it was leaked. but i havent heard any songs yet except for the Flo Rida song.
