Hello, I would like an Administrator, preferably Ezhiki to see the matter about User talk:Stoljaroff1987. I need an administator, preferably a one that speaks good Russian to deal with his issue about delivering personal attacks in Russian, as that matter has been left unattended for days (not an admin, but I would like someone to see his case.)

- FWIW, please note I have avoided you on all counts until today when you reverted me here, very much evidence of you stalking me again as you are NOT a regular editor there. This is not good as you have violated our WP:Interaction ban (read also Letter and spirit of the law), so if you did it unwittingly then I'm going to be benevolent by forgiving you but if you did it on purpose don't say that I didn't warned you. Thus, note that this notice served is a courtesy call to you and is absolutely necessary/required before I proceed to step two, which is to take you to ANI. Best.
