RE: Honda S2000 (super late reply)
Hi, I deleted it because in my opinion the cars on Misplaced Pages pages should be stock. And if you really have to include a modified version of the car, please pick something that isn't an eyesore. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Baconskate (talk • contribs) 04:01, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- That makes complete sense if it was just some picture of a modified vehicle, but it isn't. It's a picture of the subject of the article used prominently in a major motion picture. This brings notability to the article. Notability is a major factor here on Misplaced Pages that determines whether an article should exist or not. In my opinion, it is that reason alone which is good enough to make sure the images is kept on the article. It has, in fact, been there for years with no editors contesting it for that very same reason. I hope this clears us why the image exists in the article, but please let me know if you have any questions. Also, if you would like to continue to contest the image, I would suggest you start a discussion on the S2000 talk page so that we can see what other editors opinions are and build a consensus on what to do about the issue. roguegeek (talk·cont) 01:36, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
RE: Honda S2000
Ok I get that, but shouldn't it be notable because its a great RWD sports car, not because it was in some movie? And why the pink one instead of this one: http://imcdb.org/i008539.jpg ?
