Your willingness to help revert vandalism certainly belies your juvenile facade. In other words, even though you "speak" (albeit jokingly) in slang, you work professionally. I don't have a barnstar for that, unless you think you deserve the Surreal Barnstar, which doesn't quite fit you. Anyways, keep up the good work! ] ] ] 01:40, 28 September 2010 (UTC) |

Feedback concerning language use
Please show other editors the basic courtesy of communicating with them in English. Txt speak and simplified spelling are not appropriate on Misplaced Pages; this applies to talk pages , user talk pages and edit summaries , all of which are means to communicate with others, not ways to express our own individuality. Communicating in a way that excludes people who don't understand the abbreviations is counterproductive, and especially on article talk pages but also user talk pages, you can't know that all the people who will need to read and follow the conversation are fluent in txtspeak, or capable of interpreting, say, "wut" as "what". Your other contributions show that you are obviously capable of using standard English. It would be courteous if you would stick to that variety everywhere on Misplaced Pages - the only possible exception might be if you are conversing with somebody who has said explicitly that they think it's acceptable, on their talk page or yours, but it might not be OK even then. Thank you very much! --bonadea contributions talk 12:12, 26 September 2010 (UTC)
- OOOOPS wut did i do this time.... i will try not to do that so much, but that's how i like to talk (becos it is how we talk where i am from), but I can talk normal if i have to. thx.--Bad edits r dumb (talk) 12:14, 26 September 2010 (UTC)
- on a side note, one time i travel to all the foreign countries where they speak english and even the people who do not speak english very well they know all the text speak and when they send me I.M. "wat do u want" instead of "What do you want?" becos they are cool. this does not matter very much, but it is interesting, in my opinions. It means that everybody likes to talk to that, and they love it.--Bad edits r dumb (talk) 12:17, 26 September 2010 (UTC)
- I understand that you talk like that, but could you really try using regular English? I wouldn't say there's something horribly wrong with using text speak, but it gives other users the impression that you don't take things seriously (which I know you do). Once you type in normal English, I believe a lot of users would be more understanding. Remember, how you say something is much more important than what you say. Your intentions are good, so let's let everyone know that - and not let your typing stand in the way. So, can we start using normal English now? =P Netalarm 04:33, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- I was doing a lot of edits this morning, and I USED PROPER ENGLISH THE WHOLE TIME :-D. But now i want to talk with some bad grammar and slang and things like this becos it is very hard to talk in proper english without a break sometimes, but i will only talk in slang on my user page and maybe in some edit summary later today. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu
Śrī Caitanya Caritāmṛta Antya 3.255
e-vanyāya ye nā bhāse, sei jīva chāra koṭi-kalpe kabhu tāra nāhika nistāra SYNONYMS
e-vanyāya — in this inundation; ye — anyone who; nā bhāse — does not float; sei — that; jīva — living entity; chāra — most condemned; koṭi-kalpe — in millions of kalpas; kabhu — at any time; tāra — his; nāhika — there is not; nistāra — deliverance. TRANSLATION
"Anyone who does not float in this inundation is most condemned. Such a person cannot be delivered for millions of kalpas. PURPORT
The kalpa is explained in the Bhagavad-gītā (8.17): sahasra-yuga-paryantam ahar yad brahmaṇo viduḥ. One day of Brahmā is called a kalpa. A yuga, or mahā-yuga, consists of 4,320,000 years, and one thousand such mahā-yugas constitute one kalpa. The author of Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta says that if one does not take advantage of the Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, he cannot be delivered for millions of such kalpas. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 07:21, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
Shri Chaitanya-mangala
‘chaitanya-mangala’ shune yadi pashandi, yavana seha maha-vaishnava haya tatakshana
If even a great atheist hears Shri Chaitanya-mangala (previous name for Shri Chaitanya-bhagavata), he immediately becomes a great devotee. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 07:25, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- Hi, Mr. Wikigeek108. I am not 100% sure of the things you just said, but it appears you have put some sort of curse on me, but I hope this is not the case, because I do not wish to be cursed. I just removed an external link that you added to the Vegetarian article and I tried to warn you about why the link was inappropriate, but it looks like you did not like my warning. I hope you are not too upset with Bad edits r dumb (ME). :-(--Bad edits r dumb (talk) 07:28, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- Well, no, it is not a curse, it is state of my mind. I feel very sad that people are going to hell and continuing to maintain so many slaughterhouses. And even if they are told that this is a gateway to hell - they insist that that kind of information is spam. is that logical? "spam" means meat. So we are against both meat and spam. But why people on this wikipedia are so much antireligious? I face it very often. I guess it is because of this Jimbo who said that he is "complete nonbeliever" so wikipedia is not a good source of info. So anyway when I have time I still try to make it better and face countless people like you. Anyway, no curse: you can read Caitanya Mangala and avoid any consequences of being antivegaterian. You are lucky, man. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 07:38, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- "I tried to warn you about why the link was inappropriate, but it looks like you did not like my warning" Problem is that we are so big rascals, that we do not hear good advices. We are for millions of lifetimes are against God, so that we do not think whatever we do - either it is favorable or not. Problem is that there are always class of men who are against chanting holy names of Krishna(Hari,Vishnu,Rama...). But we face this everytime. World is facing death every moment. What can we do to save them? Even food is not enough. Suppose one has food but dies without Krishna consciousness - that is not good. But if we give him Krishna consciousness - then it is ok. So I am not disturbed that you remove my links. I do not have anything aginst you. But keep in mund - there are devotees who are much more confident servants of Krishna than me, so take care and do not offend them. Offense to devotee is a dangerous thing, but devotees are so merciful that they do not consider such offenses seriously, but on other hand, offenders have to suffer consequences. Well, I do not want to pose a some great devotee artificially, so you can relax. Just forget such thing, but take care of portals related with religion, vegetarianism, phychology, philosophy (especially religious) - so that you do not offend anyone there. Be careful. Human life is very rare. Only after so many lifetimes one gets it. So do not misuse against religion, vegetarianism etc. Otherwise you risk a lot... Hare Krishna. Yes, say Hare Krishna without offence and I'll leave you alone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 07:54, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

rot in hell for as many thousands of years as there are for each hair on the body of every cow they eat
Cows represent sacred acts themselves and without cows there can be no performance of any sacred act. This is the pure, sublime and supremely exalted position and pre-eminence of cows above all creatures in all the worlds. One who knows the pre-eminence of cows and the selfless service cows render to all creatures and does not protect them affectionately is a sinner and offender and their destination is certainly hell. Cows are equal to the rays of the sun that travel through the universe giving light, warmth and nourishment.
Those who fail to give cows reverence and protection and choose to foolishly oppose and whimsically ignore the injunctions of the Vedic scriptures by selling a cow for slaughter, by killing a cow, by eating cows flesh and by permittings the slaughter of cows will all rot in the darkest regions of hell for as many thousands of years as there are hairs on the body of each cow slain. There is no atonement for the killing of a cow.
In Sri Caitanya Caritamrita adi lila, chapter 17 verse 166 Caitanya Mahaprabhu confirms:
go-ange yata loma tata sahasra vatsara
go-vadhi raurava-madhye pace nirantar
Cow killers and cow eaters are condemned to rot in hell for as many thousands of years as there are for each hair on the body of every cow they eat from. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 07:32, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- OK I will become vegetarian, because I do not wish to rot in hell and I will try to repent and things like this.--Bad edits r dumb (talk) 07:34, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- yes, but only being vegetarian is not enough. This is only a good karma., One must also become devotee of Vishnu(Krishna, Caitanya and of His devotees) - Krishna conscious. Because Krishna do not accept non-veg food - we never offer meats to him. Especially from cows... Hm, Krishna's favorite animal is cow. And His planet is planet of cows - Goloka, Go - means cow, loka means planet. So it is nonsense to say that God can accept meat. But we that even christians do not follow "do not kill", "flesh and blood do not consume" etc. Anyway, buddhists or other religion - they may accept God, reincarnation, karma, but Vedas seem to have all that in perfection. Thought,. I myself still have to believe this strongly. So, lactovegetarian food is offered to Krishna, and then it is transcendental, so it creates no karma (neither of goodness or worse). Because even if one goes to highest planet of material universe and live there for millions of year, he would have to reincarnate. So buddhists are vegetarians, but they reject Buddha/God. But Buddha is avatara of Vishnu. So anyway we do not reject other religions: christians, muslims. Jesus, Mohammad are also considered to be shaktyavesha-avataras - empowered to preach God consciousness over the world. Anyway, take care, wikipedia is a dangerous thing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 07:45, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

- Yes, by the way, I forgot one thing. Even in hell, Yamaraja, who is demigod of death - he is also a devotee of Vishnu(Krishna-Caitanya). So that is my hope. And I think thus we shouldn't be afraid of hell. But of course in other sense. As it is said that devotee would better go to hell than take spiritual suicide of impersonalism.
- Thank you for your advice. I will try to bolster my Krishna consciousness in the future! :-D --Bad edits r dumb (talk) 07:53, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

P.S. Those words are not mine about Caitanya Mangala (Bhagavata), I just quoted but without quote signs. I know it is bad style. And probably I shouldn't immediately write such things to one who removes my edits... But can you imagine my state of mind when I read that "one who doesn't take to Krsna consciousness is most condemned"??? So I do not know. It means that there are so many people all around who are condemned... Suppose they even destroy Krsna-consciousness temples (see Kazakhstan site: ) And you are editor. Just see: there are others who also feel that they are blocked/banned from editing: and here ... You see? we are not allowed normally to edit. We are blocked even by Indians/'hindus'... So this is problem.. It makes me feel sad. Many people simply would get bad birth after this life thus... What can we do??? tell me...
- "I will try to bolster my Krishna consciousness in the future! " Sorry, are you Krishna-consious already? Anyway, I'm sorry for my 'disruptive editing' to vegetarian article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 08:08, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- No, unfortunately I am not very Krishna conscious, but I have encountered many followers of Hinduism and the Hare Krishna faith in my travels, and I have admiration for their beliefs. And I know you were not being intentionally disruptive by adding the external links (but if I had not removed them, someone else would have).--Bad edits r dumb (talk) 08:22, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

If you are not against and for..
You amy also see this site: it is anti-defamation organization for Krishna consciousness. It maybe written somewhat emotionally and with sometimes rude speech, but if that is true... I mean that it is bad and I do not want to be like those bogus people mentioned in blacklist (if they are bogus?): But even this organization is considered somewhat not authority: Avoid the Bogus Krishna Cults So it is all spoken in terms like demons, hell. So sorry for my speech to you also. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikigeek108 (talk • contribs) 08:20, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

Propriety of username
Have you considered the bitey-ness factor of interacting with new users, warning them for their edits and new articles, whilst using a username like "Bad edits r dumb" ?
Could you consider adopting a more suitable moniker? You may visit WP:CHU to request a change. –xeno 18:53, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
- i did not consider this type of thing but i do not want anyone to feel bad and think that i am calling them dumb (when really just their edits are dumb). i really really really like my name, but if it is offensive, maybe i will change it, but first i have to think of a REALLY GOOD name to change it to. so give me a few days and if i think of a better name i will consult with you and you can tell me if it is a BETTER name or a WORSE name or if it is JUST as bad as "Bad edits r dumb".--Bad edits r dumb (talk) 18:57, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

Are my past usernames really that unknown around here? :P And yeah, I started out... almost like you did, BErD. This is a good example here, as is this and this. A short while later I started using templates and the like, and somehow in one of my first uses, I apparently copied a signature from a bot. Vandalism warnings
Re this: for the record, Merrytimes (talk · contribs) never edited my user page. He did vandalize my user talk page. Perhaps you just got the wrong target page in the warning. WikiDan61ReadMe!! 21:38, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

Nice work!
Your willingness to help revert vandalism certainly belies your juvenile facade. In other words, even though you "speak" (albeit jokingly) in slang, you work professionally. I don't have a barnstar for that, unless you think you deserve the Surreal Barnstar, which doesn't quite fit you. Anyways, keep up the good work! new, improved Finalius! 01:40, 28 September 2010 (UTC)
