December 2007

Thank you for your contributions to Misplaced Pages. Regarding your edit(s) to 2007 in country music, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you. Ten Pound Hammer20:21, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

Exile

I removed the link to "Take Me Down" from Exile's discography because it links to an album by the Smashing Pumpkins. While "Take Me Down" is a song on that album, it's a different song than the one Exile recorded. Eric444 (talk) 01:26, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for clearing that up. I created a discography for Vern Gosdin last month. I'll work on adding one to Billy Joe Royal's article this week. Eric444 (talk) 06:08, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Billy Joe Royal

I added Billy Joe Royal's discography this afternoon. Eric444 (talk) 21:39, 11 July 2008 (UTC)

Discographies

I will work on all three of those artists' discographies this week. Eric444 (talk) 04:12, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

I added a discography to Gene Watson's page and created a discography for The Statler Brothers this evening. Waylon Jennings' singles have been added by another editor. Eric444 (talk) 08:17, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band

I created a full Nitty Gritty Dirt Band discography. Eric444 (talk) 08:54, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

Discographies

I'll work on those three discographies this week. Eric444 (talk) 17:16, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

B. J. Thomas

David, I just finished adding a discography to B. J. Thomas' page. Eric444 (talk) 10:04, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Discographies

Discographies for David Allan Coe, Johnny Paycheck and Marty Robbins have been added. Sorry it took so long. Eric444 (talk) 10:04, 31 October 2008 (UTC)

Johnny Duncan

I added Johnny Duncan's full discography. Eric444 (talk) 11:42, 8 November 2008 (UTC)

Dave & Sugar

I'm surprised Dave & Sugar's article didn't already have a discography. Anyway, it does now. Eric444 (talk) 22:42, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

The Statler Brothers

I've completed the article for "My Only Love." Eric444 (talk) 08:51, 10 May 2010 (UTC)

Alabama (band)

The following articles have been created:

Eric444 (talk) 05:34, 12 May 2010 (UTC)

Randy Travis

David, I completed the three articles you asked for:

Eric444 (talk) 07:59, 13 May 2010 (UTC)

Ed Bruce

I created articles for the four Ed Bruce hits you asked for:

Eric444 (talk) 15:27, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

Ricochet (band)

I created articles for Ricochet's "What Do I Know" and "Love Is Stronger Than Pride." I'll work on the rest of the articles that you asked for over the weekend. Eric444 (talk) 05:10, 20 May 2010 (UTC)

Song articles

I haven't had a lot of free time for Misplaced Pages lately, but here's what I've done so far:

George Strait
Reba McEntire

Song articles

To create an article, for instance James Bonamy's "I Don't Think I Will," you would go to http://en.wikipedia.org/I_Don't_Think_I_Will. In the event that an unrelated article exists, try adding "_(song)" or eventually "_(James_Bonamy_song)" to the address. Below where it says "Misplaced Pages does not have an article with this exact name," click on "Start the I Don't Think I Will article." In the empty text box, paste in this code:
{{Infobox Single <!-- See Misplaced Pages:WikiProject_Songs -->
| Name =
| Cover =
| Artist =
| Album =
| B-side =
| Released =
| Format =
| Recorded =
| Genre = ]
| Length =
| Label =
| Writer =
| Producer =
| Last single =
| This single =
| Next single =
| Misc =
}}
"''' '''" is a single by American country music artist ]. Released in , it was the single from the album, '' ''. The song reached # on the '']'' ] chart.

|align="center"|
|-
|align="left"|Canadian ''RPM'' Country Tracks
|align="center"|
|}

{{ -country-song-stub}}
Then, it's simply a matter of filling in the blanks. In the case of "I Don't Think I Will," it would look like this:
{{Infobox Single <!-- See Misplaced Pages:WikiProject_Songs -->
| Name = I Don't Think I Will
| Cover =
| Artist = ]
| Album = ]
| B-side =
| Released = 1996
| Format =
| Recorded =
| Genre = ]
| Length = 3:34
| Label = ]
| Writer = Doug Johnson
| Producer = Doug Johnson
| Last single = "She's Got a Mind of Her Own"<br />(1996)
| This single = "'''I Don't Think I Will'''"<br />(1996)
| Next single = "All I Do Is Love Her"<br />(1996)
| Misc =
}}
"'''I Don't Think I Will'''" is a single by American country music artist ]. Released in 1996, it was the third single from the album, '']''. The song reached #2 on the '']'' ] chart.

==Chart performance==
{|class="wikitable sortable"
!align="left"|Chart (1996)
!align="center"|Peak<br />position

For additional information, I use Allmusic for track lengths, writers and producers (if the album doesn't already have an article containing that information) and LP Discography for B-sides and more specific release dates. If you have any questions at all, let me know. Eric444 (talk) 17:32, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Burned Like a Rocket

David, I corrected a couple of minor typos that were preventing the article from displaying properly. You can see what they were here. Eric444 (talk) 15:25, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

August 2010

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from This_Night_Won't_Last_Forever, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Endofskull (talk) 15:51, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

The Gospel According to Luke (album)

I moved The Gospel According to Luke to The Gospel According to Luke (single). VQuakr (talk) 05:46, 21 September 2010 (UTC)
