"Pepper" is just too evocative and imaginative. What we are looking for is not so much a dumbed-down word, but rather an actual number or, most likely, just the vague statement that there are watchtowers. It's hard to appreciate since we were all taught how to write in an "interesting" manner, but encyclopedic writing is not quite that way! Just the dull facts. Thanks for asking. I have no idea why you would bother accusing Imbris of POV pushing. The truth is, he's barely done any editing in months apart from simple cleanup and vandalism patrol there.
