Discussion
I must have missed the page where you discussed Mikka's unblock with me. Certainly not my talk page; it's not had a post in hours. Bad form, sir, and contrary to policy. The policy states: "Administrators should not unblock users blocked in good faith by other administrators without first attempting to contact the blocking administrator and discuss the matter with them."
