Since the last time we meet there has been social upheaval, plague, etc... - no small thing to be sure. There has been some sad lonely discussions on the Minnesota Meetup page on getting together but little action. So here it is. Come and be seen. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

- I have clarified the reason why the file qualifies for non-free use in the Purpose section of the Summary. I have also added to Library system section to better tie to the graphic.
- It far better illustrates the section than the previous glamour shot of the Boston Public Library's reading room while a free file, had nothing to do with topic. Myotus (talk) 22:34, 26 December 2024 (UTC)

Query about Minnesota Misplaced Pages Day meetup
I'll be attending the Toronto Misplaced Pages Day meetup this coming weekend, and we are noticing a LOT of newly created accounts signing up for this. I see that the signup list for the Minnesota event similarly had a lot of new accounts signed up. Did many of them come? Just trying to gauge whether we should make a point of focusing on new editor stuff, or whether there was something of a prank happening here. Risker (talk) 02:54, 13 January 2025 (UTC)
