== Perennial Proposal ==

At this point I don't think there is anything "different" I can say in these unblock proposals. Its been a little over six years since I was active on the English Misplaced Pages. I have made several requests for unblock, proposing ideas to move forward. I have not gotten any meaningful feedback on those except for a decline to the request. My question is to ArbCom (since they are the only ones Who can unblock me) Can I get specific actionable points for a solution, or is there no change for this appeal to ever be successful? Is this in fact a permanent ban which cannot be appealed, or is there a chance for return? ] 19:26, 27 October 2020 (UTC)

::::::{{ping|Mkdw}} historically this talk page has been heavily watchlisted and that has been enough. I guess times have changed and that is no longer the case. ] 19:27, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
:::::::In 2019 you asked nearly the same question as you're asking now and you pinged the entire committee. I'm not sure what would have changed between then and now that you would expect to receive a timely response without notifying anyone; I do not believe there's anything to indicate your user talk page is more closely monitored now than it was in 2019. In briefly looking over your 2019 inquiry, you received some feedback, albeit harshly, but perhaps a sign of frustration due to the fact that you were provided significant feedback in 2017. As I noted then, I any future appeal would need to address the concerns raised by the community. As far as I can recall, the 2019 inquiry did not result in a subsequent appeal despite more feedback. Notably in 2017, several editors stated that even before your indefinite block you had received lots feedback from various members of the community about issues and concerns that were not remedied and ultimately led to your final indefinite block. An exhaustive pattern emerges where we now find ourselves here in 2020 with the same question that was asked in 2019 with the same feedback as 2017. I'm not entirely sure if more feedback is going to make a difference though I would welcome for that not to be true. ''']''' ] 19:52, 11 November 2020 (UTC)

:::I don't know about other Arbs, but this is the first I've heard about an unban of Δ - the message above didn't appear on my radar. Can I suggest that perhaps you email the committee with an appeal? You may consider the discussion perennial, but to my recollection, you've not put in an appeal to the committee since I've been back on it - so that's the last 3 years at least. I'd have to look back over the history, but I'm certainly open to considering what you have to say, assuming you're willing put together some sort of coherent appeal. ]TT(]) 13:35, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
::::Looking a bit further, I see there was an appeal in and a ping from here in - which I don't seem to have replied to. It doesn't change matters though, I still think the best option for you is to email the committee with your thoughts. ]TT(]) 13:51, 11 November 2020 (UTC)

I wasn't aware of any recent appeal or request to appeal either. Given the time that has elapsed, you have the right to another appeal if you wish. Please note that it's unlikely that most of the arbitrators have this page watchlisted, especially since there's been plenty of membership turnover on the Committee, so nothing should be inferred from any delays in responding here. ] (]) 17:06, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
