About Me
I became wikified in December, 2005.
I am a cartographer by trade, and I am always interested in maps - seeing them, creating them, etc. If anyone ever needs assistance in creating or locating a map, simply send me an email via Wiki (or leave a note on the discussion page) and I will be more than willing to help. I currently work as a GIS Manager for an international telecommunications company. In addition, I am also a volunteer GIS Technician for the United Nations Geographic Information Working Group, focusing on editing the Second Administrative Level Boundaries (SALB) for various parts of the world.
I am a "career military" person. I have spent 20 years serving with the military, including 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and 12 years in the United States Army (IllinoisNational Guard). I have deployed a total of 4 times throughout my career to various places around the globe.
